Volunteer Diny’s updates – Heartbreaking… but still have hope

"What an upsetting day: today we were bringing one of the five cats to the vet which are about to fly to New York on the 30th of April. This beautiful ginger female had a bad life in the streets for already 3 years. Most unexpectedly the FIV test turned out positive which is only the case in 200 cats in Turkey. Since we are so shattered and sad as this means that she can not go to America... Currently she's in the bathroom but we have to set her free tomorrow and it just brings tears into our eyes that her future is gone completely... We will pick a new cat now to go to America, because this is such a great opportunity to send 5 cats over there. But it´s so sad ´cause she was on the priority list for soooo long..." -Diny

"She got some infusions today to make her stronger." -Diny

Update - FIV cats can be adopted and live a normal life. They have to be the only cat in the house. If you want to give this sweetheart a chance for a better life and a loving home, please contact us: manuwroblewski@gmail.com or adoptiontimeinavsallar@gmail.com
