Volunteer Sara in Avsallar – Organizing a Spay and neutere day for cats.

“Beautiful kittens only about 9 months and a few of the females are already pregnant. These 6 remaining kittens are all very cautious. We are trying to organize another TNR day with the local vet as soon as possible and will try our best to catch all 6.” – Sara

Sara is a Volunteer who came to help Manuela in March. She is an assistant veterinarian and is from Vancouver.  She was there for three weeks and was overwhelmed with emotions by the situation there. She went out everyday with Manuela to help feed and care for the homeless cats & dogs in Avsallar, never taking time to go sightseeing. Her goal was to bring some relief to those poor stray animals. Sara also assisted the local veterinarian in spaying and neutering cats.  She will be back at the end of April to bring support and help to Manuela.
